ORDERS WILL BE BACK SOON TO VIETNAMESE AQUATIC EXPORTERS THANKS TO THE STRONG GOVERNMENTAL SUPPORTS
The decline of orders from main Vietname imported markets like the EU and US due to the Russian-Ukraine war and regional inflation. Almost all industries in Vietnam face difficulties, and the aquaculture industry is no exception. However, with the recent valuable support from the Vietnamese government agencies, we hope the aquatic exporters regain the markets with more orders in later quarters of the year.
The first action was from the State Bank of Vietnam after PM’s demand to manage credit operations for credit capital as well as interest rates to support enterprises, especially exporters. It is in the credit package worth 10,000 billion VND (over 420 million USD)
The second action was from the Ministry of Industry and Trade to focus on promotion activities for more actionable trade agreements with potential partners globally, including aquatic products.
The third action was from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to coordinate with related parties to release the “yellow card” from EC by fighting against “illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing” or IUU.
The fourth was from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to build land policies for large-scale production.
With the above cooperative and supportive actions and more, we, Voltrans Logistics, hope that the orders will rebound soon in the later quarters. Good news will come to Vietnam aquatic exporters and hopefully to other industries soon.
