Last week, Voltrans Team handled the first AirShipt from a close customer.
Last Monday, our HCM SalesTeam received a specific request from our close customer: Moving their cargo by Air to Laredo.

3/ Pick up: Phu My Industrial Area, Phu My Town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province;
4/ AOL: SGN, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam;
5/AOD: LRD, Laredo International Airport, TX, USA.
6/ Volume: 86 loose carton boxes
Furthermore, said customer is our close client, they already moved all their shipts via Voltrans’s Service. But all before moving by Ocean FCL/LCL/OOG.
Last year, they imported material such as raw woods, machinery, accessories. And Exporting fulfill Wooden Products as Plywood, Wooden floor.
At first, when the Salesperson received this inquiry, she clears all details, then she submits details of said cargo into our SALESHUB.
That is D2D inquiry, Saleshub then automatically adding Pricing Team for Pick up charge; SGN AirTeam for AirFreight and Pallets Fee; GNT for Door Delivery Charge from Dest to Delivery add.
After collecting all costs, quoting customers, accepting our offer, sending booking requests, releasing booking confirmation, just ran one day after.
Soon morning one day before on board, a Voltrans Driver came to shipper Warehouse. It is about 80 kms from Voltrans Air-warehouse there. The shipper loaded all Loose carton boxes into the truck.
After loading all Cartons, the driver comes back to our warehouse to Pelleting all boxes into 2 Pallets: 45 cartons + 41 cartons.
Let’s move two Pallets into SGN Warehouse, VGM, Customs Clearance, Customs Declarations, and flight.
The whole day, GNT also collected all Docs and informed the Agent at Destination to arrange Customs Clearance, release cargo and Delivery to Cnee door.
At the same time, this shipper also moved 2×40’ via us to Korea side.
The final step, collecting money from the shipper, paying cost to Vender, Airline, Agents.
